Parking Managment System

Nowadays, smart cards are utilized in a wide range of applications in our country, as well as other countries, and they are the best alternative to the credit cards and cash. Parking garages are among the fittest places to utilize them since they offer high levels of security, recharging ability, client information registration option, ability to record the date and time, no expiry date, life-long working duration, etc. Today, Large-scale parking garages are a considerable source of income for the municipal offices, business holders and private-sector parking holders. Managing the huge traffic flow of the parking is a tough and costly job. Fortunately, we are witnessing the emerge of new technologies facilitating the parking management due to the recent progress in electronics. The Universal Parking Automation System developed by Pardazandeh pars co. is designed according to the novel technologies based on the management systems and parking guidance to control the traffic, measure the time duration of any vehicle parked in a lot, calculate the relevant cost and daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue.

Any smart system can employ numerous elements to control. The most important vehicle identification tools could be the UHF tags installed on the vehicle front, contact-less smart card based on the RFID technology and the vehicle plate, which could be used due to the system requirements running in parallel or separately. The system includes the harmonized features such as the parking security and access control, surveillance on the current and future system components, performance management and statistical recording of the parking operation efficiency.

Why PMS?

Cost Efficiency

Rapid performance

Using the vehicle plate identification to record the entering and exiting vehicles

The option to take and match photos, by the operator, while entering and exiting, to avoid any type of abuse or theft

Reduction in cost and man power

Rechargeable cards instead of cash

Fully mechanized system

Avoid any type of abuse or human error

High quality and efficiency and client satisfaction

Rise in revenue by using smart options

As various types of clients use the parking, the type of their entry and exit is classified as below:

Type Of Entry

As illustrated in the figure, and identical to the conventional systems, the vehicle stops besides the entry station and the card would be delivered to the driver. Thereby, the vehicle’s plate number would be recognized and registered by the software, and the parking capacity would be reduced by one.

At the time that the vehicle stops next to the card dispenser machine, the vehicle would be identified by means of the sensor, and the card would be delivered to the driver if the specified bottom is pushed. At the end, the gate would be opened.

Same as the last method, the vehicle enters the parking area by means of a rechargeable card, which is validated at the entry. The only difference is in the card delivery method, where there is no card delivered to the driver, but the driver uses a personal rechargeable card.

In this method, both the entry and the exit are equipped with plate number reader set-up, thus the gate would be opened to any vehicle with already registered numbers.

Since an exclusive parking area for VIP people is a must in any automated parking management system, this feature is available as described below:
The control unit detects whether a VIP person carrying a tag or UHF card is approaching the reader unit by the distance of three to five meters, and in consequence the gate would be selectively opened or remained closed .
Note: If the parking lot is unique to a specific vehicle, a thermal printer or parking place pointer or a lock might be used to check the exact parking lot.
After entering the parking area, the driver is guided by means of the parking guidance system (PGS). The sensors detect whether the vehicle is parked or not. If yes, that parking lot would be virtually occupied so that no other vehicle would be directed to that point by the time that it turns vacant

Type Of EXIT
